How much does a mobile home cost in Amarillo?
Single-wides at AMH typically run $50,000-$80,000 turnkey before site work. Double-wides run $80,000-$150,000. Site prep (delivery, set, skirting, utility hookups, FHA inspection) adds roughly $10,000-$15,000 on top, depending on lot conditions.
Do I need land to buy a mobile home?
No. You can place a home in a manufactured-home park on leased land, on land you already own, or on land you buy as part of the financing package. We work with buyers in all three situations.
What credit score do I need to finance?
21st Mortgage, our primary lending partner, typically works with credit scores from 580 and up. Lower scores are possible with compensating factors (larger down, strong residual income, co-borrower).
How long does delivery and setup take?
From signed contract to keys: 8-14 weeks. Factory build is 4-8 weeks, delivery and set is 1-2 weeks. Weather and factory backlog can extend this.
Is AMH a licensed dealer?

Which brands do you carry?
Jessup, Marathon, Cavco, and Palm Harbor — single-wides, double-wides, and modulars. All built for the Texas Panhandle.
Does AMH service the home after delivery?
Yes. Manufacturer warranty covers structural and major components — we coordinate the claims. Post-delivery service work (skirting, releveling, minor fixes) we handle directly. Same owner answers the phone for warranty as for the sale.
What areas do you deliver to?
Texas Panhandle: Amarillo, Canyon, Pampa, Borger, Dumas, Hereford, Dalhart, and surrounding counties. Eastern NM and OK Panhandle case-by-case. Call 806-557-2256.
