Jessup Housing builds manufactured homes across two distinct series — the Promotional Series for budget-conscious buyers, and the Elite Series for buyers who want premium standard features at a mid-market price. Promotional Series homes (Tropic, Atlantis, Nassau, Lakeland) deliver Jessup’s baseline: solid framing, reliable layouts, and factory quality control. Elite Series homes (Wilson, Roosevelt, Madison) add Craftsman entry doors, architectural shingles, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sinks, and tile backsplashes — all standard.
Every floorplan below has a full Matterport walkthrough you can step through before you ever drive to the lot. All Jessup homes ship with Jessup’s one-year structural warranty, and we coordinate delivery, set, hookup, and finish-out — one point of contact from order to keys-in-hand.
