About Marathon Homes
Marathon Homes builds manufactured homes in a 150,000-square-foot facility in Breckenridge, Texas, engineered for the Texas Panhandle. Their model names — Mesquite, Pearland, Temple, Archer, Liberty — all come from Texas counties, and the homes are designed for Texas land, weather, and families.
Every Marathon ships standard with tape-and-texture interior walls, 2×4 framing, galvalume metal roofs, smart panel siding, stainless steel appliances, and a ceramic tile backsplash — features most builders charge extra for. All homes include a one-year structural warranty and full cosmetic service. We coordinate delivery, set, hookup, and finish-out from order to keys-in-hand.
